  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • Kanzoo Global Pvt. Ltd. is unable to start or deliver the agreed service for reasons solely within our control.

Any approved refund will be processed after review and may be subject to deductions for administrative or transaction charges.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once initiated, delivered, or registered:

  • Website design and development services after work has begun.
  • Branding, logo design, or creative concepts once shared.
  • SEO, marketing, consultation, or strategy sessions once delivered.
  • Mobile app development or custom coding services after commencement.
  • Domain registration charges.
  • Hosting services once activated.
  • Third-party software, tools, plugins, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Any service marked as non-refundable in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

4. Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of a project before work begins. In such cases, partial or full refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project and the resources already allocated.

If the project is canceled after work has started, no refund will be issued for the completed portion of the work. Any advance payment already used toward planning, communication, research, design, or development efforts will be non-refundable.

5. Deposits and Advance Payments

For most projects, an upfront deposit is required before work begins. This deposit secures project scheduling, resource allocation, and initial planning. Therefore, deposits are generally non-refundable once the project has officially started.

6. Delays Caused by Client

No refund will be issued for project delays caused by the client, including delayed content submission, feedback, approvals, payments, or communication. Such delays may also affect delivery timelines.

7. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the concern and attempt a fair resolution. Refunds will not be granted solely based on dissatisfaction if the work has been delivered according to the agreed scope.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
