3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear and timely feedback, content, and materials
  • Respond to project updates and approvals within agreed timelines
  • Respect the revision limits outlined in the project proposal
  • Ensure all submitted content (e.g., images, text) is legally owned or licensed

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the project agreement or invoice terms.
  • In most cases, projects require an upfront deposit (e.g., 50%) before work begins.
  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We provide a specific number of revision rounds based on the service package. Additional revisions or change requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimated based on client cooperation. Delays in feedback, approvals, or content delivery may affect final deadlines.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Projects can be canceled before work begins with partial refund eligibility.
  • Once work has started or concepts delivered, cancellations will not qualify for refunds (see Refund Policy).

8. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients will receive ownership of the final deliverables. Kanzoo retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing material unless stated otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality

All client data and project information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared or sold to any third party.

10. Termination of Services

Kanzoo Global Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate service if the client violates any terms, including non-payment or abusive behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in courts located in India
